Personal data provided through the contact form is processed for the purpose of conducting correspondence and handling the matter described in the submitted request.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. The data will be stored for the period necessary to process the request and conclude the related correspondence.

Data Recipients

Your personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with the Controller under appropriate agreements, to the extent necessary to provide services, in particular:

In accordance with the applicable provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • rectify your personal data,
  • erase your personal data,
  • restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR,
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection regulations.

Voluntary Provision of Data

  • The Controller processes only the data necessary to handle correspondence submitted through the contact form,
  • Failure to provide the required data will prevent you from submitting a message and having your request processed,
  • Personal data is not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA),.
  • Personal data is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
